Refund Policy

Before we submit your filing to the state, you get a full refund — no questions asked. After we submit it, the state has taken its filing fee and will not return it, so those amounts cannot be refunded.

If you cancel your order before we transmit your documents to the Secretary of State (or other filing agency), we will refund 100% of what you paid — our service fee, the state filing fee, and any add-ons — back to your original payment method. Email support@ezentityformation.com with your order number and we will confirm whether your filing has been submitted.

Once your documents have been submitted, state filing fees are non-recoverable. States charge the fee at submission and do not refund it — not for cancellations, not for a change of mind, and generally not even when a filing is rejected. Because we have already paid that money to the state on your behalf, we cannot return it.

Our service fee for a submitted order is likewise non-refundable, because the work — document preparation, review, and filing — has been performed at that point.

If a filing is rejected or has to be refiled because of an error on our side, we will correct and resubmit it at no additional service charge to you, and we will cover any re-filing fee the state charges as a result of our error. If we cannot deliver the service you paid for at all, we will refund our service fee in full.

Rejections caused by information you supplied — an unavailable entity name, an incorrect address, an ineligible registered agent — are not our error. We will work with you to correct and resubmit, but any additional state fee is your responsibility.

• EIN filing — refundable in full until we submit the application to the IRS.
• Rush processing — refundable if we have not yet begun expedited handling; not refundable once the order has been submitted on an expedited basis.
• Certificate of Good Standing and similar state-issued documents — refundable until the request is placed with the state; state charges are non-recoverable after that.

Registered agent service is billed annually and renews automatically. You may cancel renewal at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid term. Annual registered agent fees are refundable within 30 days of the charge only if we have not yet been designated as your agent with the state. After designation, the fee for the current term is non-refundable, and you remain responsible for appointing a successor agent so your entity stays in compliance.

Email support@ezentityformation.com from the address on your order and include your order number and the reason for the request. We respond to refund requests within two business days. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method through Stripe and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us first — we can almost always resolve it faster than a bank dispute. Filing a chargeback on a completed filing does not undo the state filing or recover the state fee.

This policy forms part of our Terms of Service and is governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming.
